1. How do I know if a replacements part or kit will fit my vehicle?

To verify if a part or kit will fit your vehicle, validate that your vehicle is the compatibility table.

The compatibility table is in the product description and the second picture of the product.

Make sure to check the complete Year, Make, Model, and Fitment Notes are accurate to your vehicle.

In case of doubt, we suggest to refer to your professional mechanic.

You can also contact the distributors with your complete vehicle information and part number for complete validation.

2. The replacement part I purchased does not fit my vehicle, what should I do?

If the part you purchased does not fit your vehicle, verify the following :

1. Verify the part you received match the part in the picture. This will ensure you received the correct product.

2. Check the position of the part to ensure you did order the correct position.

3. Double check your VIN and make sure you have the correct vehicle information on hand.

With this information, validate that your vehicle is in the compatibility table of the part you purchased.

A. If you vehicle is in the compatibility table, contact your distributor so they can assist you.

B. If you vehicle is not in the compatibility table, the parts ordered are not the correct one. Do not worry, mistakes happen and our distributors are able to assist you.

If you can find the appropriate support, contact us. We will make sure you have a proper solution offered to you.

3. One replacement part of a kit I purchased does not fit my vehicle, what should I do?

If one part of a kit you purchased does not fit your vehicle, verify the following :

1. Verify the part you received match the part in the picture. This will ensure you received the correct product.

2. Check the position of the kit to ensure you did order the correct position. You can then verify that the part of the kit you are trying to install is at the right position.

3. Double check your VIN and make sure you have the correct vehicle information on hand.

With this information, validate that your vehicle is in the compatibility table of the kit you purchased.

4. Warranty Claim

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products damaged by misuse, alteration, accident, abuse, neglect, wear, rust, warping, improper installation, improper application, use for a vehicle or purpose it is not designed for, or modification/customization from its original manufactured state. Normal wear is not a non-conformity in material or workmanship.

Shipping Question

1. I received my order but I am missing parts, what should I do?

Most orders ship in multiple boxes.


Unfortunately, carriers sometimes deliver the boxes on separated days. Make sure to check each tracking numbers and wait for all the parts.


If you are still missing parts after all parcels have been delivered, please contact our customer support so we can assist you.

2. My order is lost or stuck in transit, what should I do?

If you order is lost in transit or not moving, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.


Make sure to provide your original order number, reseller and tracking number.
